“Live The Brand” Program. Every employee gets a thousand dollars every year in ZOZI credits to go on the trips and experiences we offer ($250 every quarter!). We want our whole team to experience ZOZI from the customer’s perspective, and also to go out and enjoy our amazing trips. Time off for these trips is not just expected, it’s required! Every quarter, a company-wide event includes a slideshow w/ new pictures of each employee “living the brand.”
Flexible Vacation Policy. Time off is not limited to a specific number of days nor is it accrued at a specific rate, but rather decided at manager’s discretion in the spirit of enabling all employees to maintain a healthy work/life balance and accommodating a work schedule and requirements that will naturally ebb and flow. Ten standard U.S. holidays are also observed.
Amazing Office Space. Our modern office in Jackson Square is flooded with natural light, and boasts 2 outdoor patios and an entire roof overlooking the SF skyline for company-wide meetings and social events. Our kitchen is stocked weekly and food orders are largely driven by employee requests.

Every ZOZI employee has an annual Professional Development budget allocated, separate from compensation package, to be spent on conferences, classes, and other materials and resources to maintain and expand skill set, industry knowledge, and continue growing. A highly structured performance review process ensures thoughtful and constructive feedback all year long.
Creative Exploration Days. Once a quarter, one day is allotted where every employee spends the day in a completely autonomous fashion, working on any ZOZI project they want that is outside their normal scope or current priorities. The following day, a company-wide summit is held to review the outcome and act on it.
