Bikram Yoga has rapidly grown in popularity thanks to one essential element - it makes you feel incredible. With this experience from Bikram Yoga Seacliff, you'll enjoy a twenty-six posture series done in a heated room, designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched. Set inside a studio with a temperature of 105 degrees, these 90-minute classes help to invigorate your body and mind. The results are immediate, and the wonderful feeling that radiates after each class keeps students coming back for more. Be careful, this may replace coffee as your morning addiction.

First time students only. Not valid if you have attended classes in either location Bikram Seacliff or Bikram Daly City before. All 20 classes must be taken within six weeks of your first class redemption. One experience can be redeemed per person, multiple may be purchased as gifts. You may attend any class from the weekly schedule. Arrive 20 minutes early for first class; if you don't arrive before the class time then won't be able to attend the class.
