Historical Tour

Mount Hood Railroad

Rating: 3.0/5 ZOZI RATING

A train tour on the Mount Hood Railroad is a way for families, couples and groups to view Mount Hood and Mount Adams or the gorgeous blossoms during Spring rides as you travel in a way reminiscent of the Golden Age.

Every Sunday from June 7  through October 25, the Champagne Brunch Train leaves Hood River at 11:00 a.m. and returns at 3:15 p.m. Delicious brunch options are combined with viewing the picturesque Oregon beauty of the Hood River Valley and its vineyards, orchards, woods and mountains.

Murder Mystery Dinner Trains add a classic Murder Mystery that is to be solved during dinner and before the last bite of dessert.  The audience participates with a cast of characters enacting this whodunit puzzler.

Western Train Robbery is an Old West favorite complete with robbers, gamblers such as Doc Adams and Matt the Maverick, and musical entertainment. Be on the look-out for the Gilhouley Gang that has been spotted and may be planning a hold-up to take your valuables. Is the Sheriff on board?
