Aarons Photo Tours
Aaron's Photo Tours offers a variety of photo tours throughout the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and California with the goal of providing photographers with a once in a lifetime photo, and the knowledge on how to improve their photography.
Professional wildlife photographer Aaron Baggenstes, author of Pacific Northwest Wildlife, and Wild Life of Lake Washington, prescouts each location ensuring photographers have great opportunities. Aaron provides guest with professional advice, amazing knowledge of wildlife behavior, and an understanding of the technology behind a great photograph. He also provides all transportation and arranges for meals and hotels. Aaron accommodates photographers of all levels during these tours.
While the particular tours change on a regular basis, some examples include photographing polar bears and the Northern Lights in Fairbanks, Alaska, and at the Arctic National Park; photographing grizzly bears at the Great Bear National Park; and photographing birds in Skagit Valley.
Individual photo tours vary in length from one day to a week. On week-long photo tour adventures, the first day is usually devoted to classroom instruction with particular emphasis on the animals to be observed. The remaining days are spent on location with evenings spent reviewing photographs and preparing for the next days adventures.
