Crooks Tour of San Francisco
Few cities in the United States can match San Francisco for its charm and scenic beauty. Its many hills, clanging cable cars and fascinating Chinatowns have earned it the nickname of America's Favorite City. Circus arts are also well-developed: Circus Center conducts classes that train people to become performers. Over 800,000 people make Frisco their home, and millions of tourists visit the city yearly, and for that reason, there are numerous organizations set up to help people plan their trips and to take them on guided tours throughout the area.
One such organization is Crooks Tour of San Francisco, which provides sightseeing tours of a wide range of the city's landmarks. For instance, there is the Chinatown tour, where the visitor learns despite its colorful nature today, the area has a dark and shady past as a place where drug manufacturers made opium for profit, women were sold as slaves and gangs called tongs waged wars for control of the community. There is also a tour of the Barbary Coast.
