We’ve decided to renew our focus on an experience-based business and phase out our ZOZI Gear offering. While adventure and the outdoors will always remain core to our ethos, our experiences business has grown beyond that to include a much broader selection of exciting things to do.

It’s an incredibly exciting time at ZOZI, and I wanted to share an important update with our community of customers and partners.  Following the announcement of our $30M Series C financing, including an investment from Sir Richard Branson, things continue to flourish here at ZOZI for our activities business.  With that, we’ve decided to renew our focus on this experience-based business and phase out our ZOZI Gear offering.  

The team at ZOZI remains more inspired than ever to deliver on our mission to provide best-in-class online booking software for activity businesses and to inspire people to experience the world.  Each day, we make incredible progress towards creating a world where people can find and book all the world’s quality experiences in one place, on demand and in real time.  

Today, thousands of experience businesses across nearly 90 countries use our industry-leading ZOZI Advance software to run their entire businesses.  And greater than 5 million consumers have used ZOZI to discover and book things to do around the world.  In fact, a customer purchases an activity every several seconds through ZOZI.  On ZOZI.com, you can find and book, or request to book, greater than 30,000 activities across the US - with thousands more being added each week!  

We made this decision because when we first launched ZOZI, it was focused on adventurous activities, and as a result, we also started offering our customers outdoor gear through ZOZI.com.  While adventure and the outdoors will always remain core to our ethos, our experiences business has grown beyond that to also include a much broader selection of exciting things to do.  

We invite our loyal ZOZI Gear customers to continue to trust ZOZI as the go-to place for things to do.  We expect you’ll be able to request to book or book nearly 100,000 activities on ZOZI.com by the end of 2016, making it by far the largest online destination in the world connecting people with things to do while at home, or while on vacation.

We want to extend heartfelt gratitude to all those who made our ZOZI Gear offering possible, including our team, customers and partners.
